Note: In 1912, Arthur A. Carey helped found Sea Scouting in America. That year he was appointed Chairman of the National Committee of Sea Scouting and published a pamphlet, "Cruising for Sea Scouts."
Condition: glass cracked , globe has scattered losses and scuffs, moon mechanism not functioning
