Description: The administration of the Kollel Warsaw Poland publicly accuse the Warsaw administration of serious misdemeanor, they suspect that millions of Polish Jews donate thousands of pounds a month of which only a small portion reach Jerusalem. Large leaf, width larger than length, 49x70 cm.The claim includes various calculations. For instance: there are 300,000 charity boxes distributed throughout Poland to benefit the poor of Eretz Yisrael. 'If only 50 groszy are placed in each box a month, there should still be income of 30,000 pounds. And, we know that most people give more than one Zloty a month, and there some who give 2-5 Zlotys...."This leaf is listed in the C.D. of the Bibliographic Project with mention that it is related to the 'complicated' relations between the chassidim of Gur and Alexander in Poland. There is some such allusion in the fifth column from the right. Very rare, historic poster.
