Description: 6th-7th century AD. A mixed group comprising: a bronze spoon with broad discoid bowl, flat-section shank, bone handle with bands of rosettes and ring-and-dot ornament to one face, incised zigzags to the reverse; a bone handle with zones of ring-and-dot ornament with incised bands and swags. 50 grams total, 10-20cm (4 - 8"). Property of an Essex, UK collector; acquired London art market, 1960s-1980s. [2, No Reserve]

Condition Report: Fine condition; rim of bowl damaged.
