2. By submitting your bid, you agree to a buyer' premium up to 24% of the hammer price.
3. All descriptions of property for sale are suggestive information to bidders. Measurements and Sizes are approximate. AAA Art assumes no liability or responsibility of the identification of any property. The company does not provide warranty to any items. Buyers should make judgment based on their own expertise and preference.
4. A 8.875% New York Sales Taxes will be applied to all sale items. For Tax-Exempt clients, please provide us with your legal tax-exempt certifications.
5. Payment of sold items is due 3 business days after your bid. AAA Art looks forward to building friendly and reliable relationship with all our customers based on trust and credibility.
6. Property will be shipped within 10- 20 business day through USPS after payment is received. AAA Art customer service will contact you for the amount of shipping cost and the fee is applied at buyer's expense.
