Description: Rhode Island Currency
May 22, 1777 Rhode Island One Twenty-fourth of a Dollar in Rare High Quality PMG Certified Uncirculated-62
State of Rhode Island. May 22, 1777. One Twenty-fourth of a Dollar. PMG graded Uncirculated-62.
Fr. RI-265. This scarce Rhode Island Revolutionary War period currency issue is legitimately very rare this nice. This current note has a large top margin and is just a hair too close at lower left to grade Gem. The paper is fresh and crisp having no folds or detractions. The bold signature "W. Arnold" and its serial number add eye appeal. A rarely encountered Uncirculated note on this issue and denomination.
