Fr. VA-200. This note is among the most historic and patriotic of Revolutionary War Virginia. The text reads, "An Act for the more effectual and Speedy Clothing the Army." All notes on this issue are extremely rare, typically lacking in most Virginia paper money collections. Noted on its holder is, apparent major restorations, backed, design and signatures redrawn. This note has been backed with archival fiber paper for preservation, with conservation. Signers include; B. Webb, J. Hopkins and James Turner. Rarely ever available, only 1,500 notes of these thin rice paper notes were printed. PCGS graded Very Fine-20.
