Photographer: Robert Bothner (1899 - 1967). Paris under occupation, scenes of daily streetlife. 1940. 33 vintage Agfacolor K slides mounted in modern slide frames.
Robert Bothner was employed as master photographer at the Landesbildstelle Württemberg in Stuttgart from 1927 - 1963. Between 1925 - 1927 he travelled through Italy and France taking photos with his 9 x 12 camera. He also worked in Russia during WWII as a war correspondent for the German air force. His photographs are often marked by technical and compositional perfection and his work was published in Das Deutsche Lichtbild 1936, 1937 and 1957. - In very good condition.
