Description: CUT VELVET DIAMOND QUILTED ART GLASS MINIATURE LAMP, cased blue with satin finish, ball-form font with blue applied base raised on five toes, matching patterned square-top shade, period collar with patent information. Fitted with a period Nutmeg burner and shade ring, colorless chimney.

Condition Report: Excellent condition, three toes with flakes to the tips, shade rim with a very minute spot of roughness, probably as made. Setup undamaged.

Provenance: Collection of Helen A. Feltner, Winchester, VA.

Dimensions: 7 7/8" H to top of shade, 4 3/8" H to top of collar, 3" D base.

Medium: Fourth quarter 19th century.
