Numerous invoices deliver proof of the jobs. The interior offers the comfort one expects from a Jaguar from these days and the silky smooth running V 12 engine emanates a feeling of sovereignty. The Double Six is the perfect opportunity to drive a classic British sedan with a powerful V 12 engine.

Daimler counts among Britain's oldest car manufacturers, it was founded for the production of utility vehicles in Coventry, England in 1896. Patents acquired from Gottlieb Daimler provided the basis for the company that soon offered its first truck. During World War I Daimler produced tank- and aircraft engines. These new weapon system earned Daimler an unexpected abundance of orders, so that the company grew fast. With the latest know-how gained during the war, Daimler dared, after the capitulation of Germany and its allies, to enter the passenger car market: The Daimler Double-Six was the first European car from serial production with a twelve-cylinder engine. The nobility, especially the British royal family, henceforth counted among the illustrious circle of Daimler clients. In 1960 Jaguar bought the company for a price of 3.4 million pounds. Up until today Daimler models are characterized by an abundance of features, high-class make and an interior of finest materials.
