Leo S. Olschki, Florence: 1912. Text heavily annotated with notes, coupled with woodcut illustrations and diagrams. Limited edition 181 of 306. Large folio, heavily embossed brown leather with ornate floral design. Front board adorned with bronzed cast metal central cartouche of Dante's profile. Ornate corner mounts and studs decorate the front and back boards. Front right corner mount bumped, the top edge of spine coming split and one stud missing. Four bronzed clasp mounts present (leather clasps missing).
