Its 105 meters of track, the shortest funicular in Switzerland, leads from the Marzili neighbourhood to the Bundeshaus, the seat of the Swiss government and parliament, in the old city centerof Bern. The line was constructed in 1885 and spanned a height difference of 31 metres. The cars were water-powered until electrification in 1974. The Marzilibahn is still owned and operated by this company. Rarity 9.
