Description: (1877-1953 French) Landscape with trees and horse cart, framed watercolor, approximate image 19 1/2'' x 25 5/8'', with frame 32'' x 37'', signed in lower right corner, piece comes from Sears Corporate Art Collection.
Condition: Very pale light toning of paper, 1 1/2'' ''C'' shaped tear through center of painting which has been repaired with tape on verso, remains of dark brown tape along all four edges on verso, faint creases/bends bottom right center, far right edge near mat, and left center.
