Looking for the realized and estimated price?

Description: Early American 19th C Portrait Painting of Twins Girls in Matching Red Dresses. Oil on board. Housed in an antique gold leaf frame. This painting has been in the same Connecticut family since the early 1950s when it was purchased at an estate auction in Millerton, New York in Dutchess County along with the Tiffany & Co sterling silver sold in our October 9th auction. Research and comparison to known works has suggested this painting could be the work of Ammi Phillips (April 24, 1788 – July 11, 1865) who very active in the area having lived in the Dutchess County town of Rhinebeck, New York. Additional images and video are available by email request. Painting itself measures 21 x 29 inches, frame measures 27 x 35.5 inches.
