Condition Report: Reupholstered in high quality mohair fabric. No holes or tears. No odors. No stains. Very light surface scratches to the legs. Both arms are fully functional with no damage and no problems. The foam is in excellent condition with no hardening or crunchiness. Sturdy and structurally sound. Overall, excellent condition.
