Description: Eva Henrietta Hamilton (1876-1960) Portrait of her Sister Amy (b.1879) Watercolour, 34 x 30cm, (13.4 x 11.75") Provenance: Acquired directly from Major Charles Hamilton of Hamwood This portrait of the artist's sister was painted at the family's Dublin home at 40 Lower Dominick Street and is thought to be the first work Eva exhibited at the RHA in 1904 (Cat. No. 100) when she also exhibited a portrait of her other sister Lilian.
