Lined - glue. The inscription on the reverse may be an estate stamp (E. Shinn). Edges are taped. Could use a light clean. Difficult to detect restoration through the dulling varnish under UV light. There appears to be scattered inpainting along the outer edges and a few small spots within the painting.
