Description: Four Worcester blue and white small bowls, c.1756-80, two in the Prunus Root pattern, another in Hollow Rock Lily pattern, all three with workmen''s marks, the last printed with The Man in the Pavilion pattern, diam. 4in. - 4.75in.
The two prunus root bowls have slight scratching to the glaze, the smaller of the two has a tiny nick on the inside edge and the larger example has an overglazed manufacturing chip to the inside of the foot. The Hollow Rock Lily pattern fluted bowl has a short stained hairline crack to the rim and minor wear and the Man in Pavilion pattern bowl has some heavy scratching to the interior, scratching to the exterior and black fritting to the underside.
