A large bronze steam locomotive in dark bronze finish with gilt bronze trimmings, a gold lever on the front switches the automated wheels on and off, running on a large movement within the body. In the cab is a signed "Jappy Freres" 8 day time and bell strike movement and a barometer on the boiler, both of which have silvered dials. Balance has good brisk motion. On a black marble platform with gilt bronze tracks and 4 gilt bracket feet. In excellent condition and good working order.
