Description: .950-silver with dark wood handles, circa late 19th century, comprising a lidded sugar bowl and pots for tea, coffee, and hot chocolate, all executed in the Rococo manner with spiraling repousse fluting, C-scroll feet, undulating spouts, and seashell-form molded knops; each piece with the French .950 Minerva head hallmark, and the maker's mark of Martial Gauthier, registered 1888 and again in 1904. Tallest: 9.5" H. Total weight (including wood handles) approximately 77 troy ounces. Chocolate pot requiring re-soldering to its hinge.
