Collection and export of Purchases: Any object or vehicle will be awarded to the Buyer until payment of the total sale price, including premium paid by the Buyer and VAT, and delivery of information and documents required by the above paragraph.
In case of payment by check or bank transfer, delivery of the goods or automobiles may be deferred until collection. The object, the car or the boat will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser at the auction. The buyer will be responsible for itself to ensure its acquisitions and OSENAT COMPANY disclaims any liability for damages that the object, vehicle or boat may incur. All transportation arrangements are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Lots must be removed not later than 8 days after the sale at the expense and risk of the purchaser. Beyond this period, the costs of keeping and insurance of € 100 per day will be counted.
If an object, a car or a boat is not removed by Buyer after full payment of the purchase price, OSENAT COMPANY may, after giving a notice to that effect to the Buyer, or document object the car in question, at the expense and risk of the Buyer.
Premium: The buyer shall pay to OSENAT SAS shall retain for its own account, a buyer's premium on the hammer price equal ta 16 % on the first tranche up to 100 O00 euros and equal to 11 % on the tranche exceeding 100 001 euros, plus any applicable VAT at the applicable rate.
Live Auction : an additional buyer's premium of 3% ex. taxes (3,59 inc. taxes) will be charged by Osenat to this buyer's premium
VAT: VAT registered buyers from other European Union [EU] countries may have the VAT on the hammer price with their VAT registration number and evidence that the property has been removed from France to the another country of the EU within a month of the date of sale.
Non-European buyers may have all VAT invoiced refunded to them if they request so in writing to the accounting department within delay of 3 months of the date of sale, and if they provide with the third sample of the customs documentation (DAU) stamped by customs. must appear as shipper on the export document and the buyer as the consignee. The exportation has to be done within the legal delays and a maximum of 3 months of the date of sale.
