GEORGE I SMALL WALNUT DROPLEAF TABLE
EARLY 18TH CENTURY
the oval top with drop sides raised on turned baluster legs joined by turned stretchers and ending in Braganza feet
108cm wide, 70cm high, 43cm deep (closed), 128cm (high)
- The wood is a deep dark colour
- Darkened stained patches to top, mainly to the central section, with some old minor scratches and marks consistent with age and use
- The edge of one flap has been repaired
- The turned legs and stretchers are in good order
- There is a loss to one foot, and a repaired section to another
