George III Style Painted Mahogany and Satinwood Clothes Press
In three parts, the dentil molded cornice above a conforming case fitted with two cupboard doors decorated with Neoclassical maidens within rose and flowerhead ovals and opening to a shelf, the lower section with two short with two long graduated drawers, raised on turned feet. Height 6 feet 6 inches (1.98 m), width 51 inches (1.29 m), depth 24 inches (61 cm).

Overall good restored condition, now with a shiny varnish, minor losses and lifting to veneers, upper section formerly fitted with sliding shelves and now fitted for a television, with cuts and holes to the back, only one shelf of four left, shrinkage to door panels commensurate with age, age cracks to sides of lower section, old marks and scuffs
