GEORGE III STYLE TWIN PEDESTAL DINING TABLE
EARLY 20TH CENTURY
the rounded rectangular top with a moulded edge, raised on turned baluster supports with outswept tripod legs ending in brass claw caps and castors
313cm long, 74cm high, 119cm wide
Generally good condition however there have been some later alterations under the table and it may need to be strengthened as it dips slightly in the middle and is slightly unstable, especially when the third leaf is in place.
The central leaf was not often used and is darker than the other two which are a good match to the ends
One leaf has a watermark and has a fine crack to one end
One end has a patch of watermarks to one side
Several light marks and scratches evenly over the surface of the table
Pedestals in good order with minor rubbing and scuffs here and there
Table clips intact
