It is not responsible for any items that have been subjected to excessive wear, abuse or physical damage, whether accidental or otherwise. We try hard to ensure that the data on this site is accurate. In the event that the data is inaccurate or an item is marked with the wrong price, we reserve the right to cancel that particular transaction.

All items sold "as is" and neither Golden Dragon Jewelry Coins, LLC nor any consignor makes any warranties or representation of any kind or nature with respect to the property and in no event shall they be responsible for the correctness, nor deemed to have made any representation or warranty of description, genuineness, authorship, attribution, provenance, period, culture, source, origin or condition of the item and no statement made at the sale or in the bill of sale or invoice or elsewhere shall be deemed such a warranty of representation or an assumption of liability.

Golden Dragon Jewelry Coins, LLC's decision to refuse any bid, withdraw a Lot, determine a successful bidder, to cancel a sale, reoffer and resell an item in dispute, is conclusive, absolute and final.
Reserves
Some of the lot(s) in this sale are offered subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential minimum price, below which the lot will not be sold agreed upon by the consignor and Golden Dragon Jewelry Coins, LLC. In most cases, the reserve will be set below the estimated range, but in no case will it exceed the estimates listed.
Breach of Sale
If the buyer fails to pay in full with good cleared funds or fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions of the Sale as set forth herein, Golden Dragon Jewelry Coins, LLC reserves the right to exercise one or more of the following remedies, in addition to any other remedies available to Golden Dragon Jewelry Coins, LLC by law:
a) Hold the defaulting buyer liable for the full purchase amount due.
b) Cancel the sale.
c) Forbid the buyer from participating in any future auction.
Breach of Agreement
In the event of any dis-agreement between Golden Dragon Jewelry Coins, LLC and the customer all issues be governed , adjudicated and filed pursuant to the laws of State of California.

Cancelling a winning bid
If a winning bid is cancelled for any reason and the winning bidder wishes to back out, a 5% fee will be charged to the winning bidder to cover the costs associated with listing and the non-performer may be blocked from future bidding.

Taxes
California sales tax applies to all California residents. If you posses a Sellers Permit, please tell our Customer Service Department and email a copy so we can adjust the sales tax accordingly.

Damaged Goods
If a purchase arrives and it is defective or damaged you will not be charged for return shipping and will be offered a replacement item or full refund if the oversight was ours. Prior to returning an item the customer must obtain a Return Authorization number from our Customer Service Department.

Bidding on any item indicates your acceptance of these terms listed below and all other terms announced at the time of sale.

Payment
All goods must be paid within 3-5 working days from close of auction. All winning bidders will be notified via email of their total invoice amount and will be supplied a Golden Dragon Jewelry Coins, LLC's invoice or PayPal link to use credit card payments. We accept all major credit cards, cashier's checks, money orders, bank wires & paypal for payment of your total amount due.

Premium
For all items there is a 15% Buyer's Premium + Auctions house fee.

Shipping
We must confirm receipt of payment prior to processing your order(s) and shipment to follow. Shipping fees are calculated according to the actual fees being charged by the carriers such as: USPS, FEDEX, UPS and etc. Merchandise are usually available from 3 to 10 business days. If in case the merchandise is out of stock due to unforeseen event, we will notify you by telephone or email.
Delivery Period
Most items are available for delivery within 3 business days from the date of
payment receipt. In some cases items that are not shipped within 3 business days, our maximum delivery time period is 10 days. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment transfer and clearance.
