Caroli, Giuseppe Bazzani. L'opera completa, Milan, 1988, p. 92, no. 80, illustrated. NOTES Caroli ( loc. cit. ) dates the present work to the early 1740s and records as its pendant a Christ at supper with Simon the Pharisee.
