Condition Note: A three horizontal joined cradeled panel. Colored well retained and slightly yellow varnish. Visible oblique scratch above the brown cow's head. Horizontal crack repaired in the river on the right of the composition, general abrasion and scattered thiness throughout. Under UV light a few retouches along the joints and in the darker areas at the left of the painting. Would benefit from a sensitive restoration but can be hung as is.
