Description: Great War Medals of Two Brothers, consisting of 1914-15 star trio awarded to “19599 PTE H HELM DURH LI” and British War and Victory medal pair awarded to “R-258864 PTE R HELM ASC”. Medals remain in good condition. Private Richard Helm served with 1st Base Remount Depot, Army Service Corps, and died aged 19 on 4th November 1918. He was from Ightenhill, Burnley.
