Description: 5th-4th century BC. A bronze cheek piece from a helmet with tube to the top for attachment to helmet, curving body with scrolling S to the centre and domes to the top and bottom edge. 120 grams, 14.5 cm (5 3/4"). Property of a Surrey collector; acquired in the early 1970s.
