Description: HARRY CALLAHAN (1912-1999)
Eleanor, Chicago. Silver print, the image measuring 7 1/2x9 1/2 inches (19.1x24.1 cm.), the sheet slightly larger, the mount 10x12 3/8 inches (25.4x31.4 cm.), with Callahan's signature, in pencil, on print recto, and with the printed plate number on mount recto. 1952; printed circa 1957

Notes: From the Collection of Art Sinsabaugh, who studied
with Callahan at the Institute of Design in Chicago. Upon Sinsabaugh's death in 1983, the print was bequeathed to his friend and colleague Edward J. Zagorski, who had Callahan sign the photograph.
