inscribed 'Gentlemen of the Sporting train Behold brave MADMAN once again.'(upper center); 'MADMAN, A Birchen Cock./Bred in 1830, A Descendent from Mr. Sewells Stud of Yellow Cocks, whose game & punishing qualities have been so will known for the last 40 Years. -- His PERFORMANCES. In 1832 When 2 years Old he won a match of 2 Sovrns. After some disputes respecting his qualities he was matched the same week for 5 Sovrns. when he defeated his adversary under all these disadvantages in that superior manner he won an 8 MAIN. In 1834, When 4 Years Old he won another Main under heavy odds, When his present Owner refused 5 svns. for him, by an admirer of the Sod for a --. STUD COCK.-- (lower center).
