Su richiesta e a pagamento avvenuto, i lotti potranno essere spediti per assicurata a rischio e a spese dell'acquirente. Sempre a carico dell'acquirente sono le spese doganali e di esportazione. Le eventuali domande di esportazione saranno formulate dalla casa d'aste per conto dell'acquirente ai competenti Organi dello Stato. L'acquirente sarà tenuto a pagare il corrispettivo al momento del ricevimento della fattura. Per ottenere le necessarie autorizzazioni trascorrono generalmente 8 settimane.

On request, after payment has been made, lots can be shipped by insured parcel post at the risk and expense of the buyer. The customs and export duties are also for the account of the buyer. Any export requests will be made by the auction house on behalf of the buyer to the appropriate government offices. The buyer will be required to pay all costs on receipt of the invoice. Six to eight weeks are generally necessary to obtain an export permit.

11. Buyers premium

L'acquirente corrisponderà su ogni lotto, oltre al prezzo di aggiudicazione, il 20%di diritti d'asta.
I lotti con IVA ordinaria, contrassegnati da un rombo rosso hanno commissioni d'asta diverse. Il prezzo di aggiudicazione sarà maggiorato di:
commissioni d'asta al 18%, IVA al 10% sul prezzo di aggiudicazione. IVA al 22% sulle commissioni.
I lotti aggiudicati online su the-saleroom.com saranno sottoposti ad un ulteriore maggiorazione del 1.5% del prezzo di aggiudicazione.

Lots marked by a red rhombus are invoiced differently. Hammer price will be increased of: Buyer's premium of 18%, VAT payable at 10% on hammer price. VAT payable at 22% on buyer's premium.
Lots purchased online through the website the-saleroom.com will be affected by an additional charge for this service of 1.5% of the hammer price.
