NOTE
The original work was executed in 1661 by Bartolomé Estebán Murillo (1617-1682) for the Chapel of the Immaculate Conception in Seville Cathedral. It depicts the the newborn Virgin Mary being taken from her bath by servants with her mother Saint Anne seated on a four poster bed in the background. Today the painting hangs in the Louvre, Paris.
