"Eats miles, turns heads", so said the headline of a contemporary Jaguar advertising about the XJRS 6.0. Absolute pinnacle of the XJS series! Produced in limited edition by Jaguar Sports Ltd. under the direction of Tom Walkinshaw. With the driving characteristics not comparable to a standard XJS. Quote out of AMS 11/1990 ... "whoever buys their Jaguar from Jaguar sports should leave their bowler hat at home. because the models written with the letters XJR, sports caps are now requested.... "
The vehicle was registered by its first owner in Germany, 1990. The car is in a collection and is only sporadically used for stylized long trips to racing events such as OGP, Spa Six Hours (no operation in winter). The car comes complete in series-delivery condition, TÜV and exhaust emissions test and low-emission EURO 2 at new handover.
