"Alpine Scenery", depicting a hiker below the Matterhorn. Signed lower left "J.W.C 73". Typed label on stretcher reads "Alpine Scenery John Casiliear".
The painting, as well as the framed (of the period and probably original) were professionally cleaned and restored by Peter Williams Museum Services of Boston.
Oil on canvas, 13" x 11". Framed.
