Original illustrated wrappers (extremities lightly rubbed, front cover slightly darkened near the edges).

FIRST EDITION. A very good copy. One of few books wholly illustrated by Tatlin -- one of the key figures of the Russian avant-garde. All of Kharms's books are rare. ABPC records no copy selling at auction in over 35 years. WorldCat locates two copies: one at the Getty Research Institute, and one at the University of Pennsylvania; another is in New York's MoMA. Copac locates no copy in the UK. MoMA, The Russian Avant-Garde Book 837; Rats Collection 299 & pl.165.
