- 20 % in case of objects offered in Koller's Zurich main auction series (A-Auctions);
- 22 % in case of objects offered in Koller's Geneva auction series (G-Auctions) or Koller's Zurich West auction series (West-Auctions);
(ii) on a successful bid over CHF 400,000:
- in addition to the surcharge according to above sub-paragraph (i),15 % on the difference between CHF 400,000 and the bid in case of objects offered in Koller's A-Auctions and in Koller's G-Auctions;
- 22 % on the total bid price in case of objects offered in Koller's West-Auctions.
Taxes: The Purchaser must pay Swiss Value Added Tax ("VAT") on the surcharge. The stated percentage of the surcharge relates to the successful bid for each individual item. The Purchaser agrees that Koller also receives a commission from the Seller.
The full tax is charged on all items marked *, i.e. VAT is charged on the sum of the bid price plus the surcharge for those items. The VAT will be refunded to Purchasers providing a validly stamped export declaration.
