The purchaser agrees purchases will be removed within 4 days of sale. The auction house items may be resold if terms for removal are not met. A minimum storage fee of $25 per month, not to exceed $100 per month will be charged to buyers & consignors for items left at our gallery.

Payment is due at the end of each sale. We accept PayPal, cash (In House Only), checks, Traveler's checks, major credit cards (except American Express) or debit cards. TIME & AGAIN, INC. reserves the right to hold property until checks clear. A $25 fee will be charged for all returned checks. If a check fails to clear after second deposit, the purchaser will be held responsible for any and all fees incurred until we have collected good funds, including storage charges. Bad checks or non-payment of purchases will be prosecuted by TIME & AGAIN, INC. to the fullest extent permissible by law and the names of offenders will be announced to the public and to other auction firms.

If, within 5 business days after receipt of item, TIME & AGAIN, INC. receives notice from buyer of any item, that the item, in their opinion, is not as represented and satisfies TIME & AGAIN, INC. with proof, TIME & AGAIN, INC. will rescind the sale and refund to the buyer any monies paid with respect to the lot. TIME & AGAIN, INC. must have the lot in its possession, and in the same condition that it was sold, no later than seven business days from the date of auction.
