Description: Leo Francis Koch (American, 1917-1982) biologist, activist, and nature artist giclée of an egret. Koch gained notoriety after his expulsion from his position at the University of Illinois for his advocating of premarital sex in 1960. Koch was also an activist who participated in the anti-war, civil liberties, civil rights, and other counter-culture movements. This posthumous print is marked in the print 1983 and measures approximately 11 by 17 inches, in a 15.25 by 20.5 inch frame and is in very good condition.
