Boudet, Paris Explore the world of Parisian restaurant and theatrical graphics with the menus, business cards, invitations, programs and announcements contained in the 370 pages of this fantastic publication, featuring twenty full-color plates and over 200 other illustrations in both black and white and duotone prints. Artists represented include Chéret, Guillaume, Bouisset, Cazals, Choubrac, Forain, Gerbault, Hermann-Paul, Ibels, Meunier, Mucha, Roedel, Steinlen, Toulouse-Lautrec and Willette. Some examples of the work contained herein: Mucha's menu from a December 9, 1896, evening honoring Sarah Bernhardt, as well as his program for the actress' performance of Phaedre on March 11, 1897, at the Théâtre de la Renaissance.
Condition Report: Very good, with minor wear to cover & spine. In later fine presentation case.
