Photographer unknown. Soviet exhibit stand at the International Hygiene Exhibition, Dresden, design by El Lissitzky. 1930. Vintage gelatin silver print on carte postale. 9 x 13,8 cm. Annotated in pencil and Spanish distributor's stamp on the verso.
The International Hygiene Exhibition in Dresden opened in October 1930 and was greatly popular with the public, having a long lasting influence on modern life. At the height of the economic crisis in 1930, circa 4,7 million visitors attended and it was one of the most successful exhibitions of the Weimar Republic. - In near excellent condition.
