PLEASE NOTE: All Bidders must read and accept the terms and conditions of this sale in order to participate and bide. These terms are a CONTRACT BETWEEN THE AUCTION HOUSE AND THE BIDDER.

EACH ITEM IS SOLD AND PURCHASED AS IS, WHERE IS. Items may have minor condition issues that are not noted in the description. It is each bidder's responsibility to judge the condition of an auction item. Bidders are encouraged to view items in person,
contact us by email with any condition questions, and to review the condition descriptions and photos carefully.

NO WARRANTY: No implied or written warranty on any items and American Antique Auctions will not assume any responsibility or liability with respect to age, condition, rarity, provenance or historical relevance of the items being sold.

BIDDING: The Auctioneer will be the final judge as to which bidder is the highest bidder. In the event of any dispute in this matter, the auctioneer shall at his discretion decide to reopen the bidding or not.
For online bidding each item has a minimum bid identified in the item description. You
may bid as much as you want over the minimum bid. You may raise a bid by the increments indicated in the term titled Bidding Increments. You may bid email or through the American Antique Auctions website. Bidders are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bids.

BIDDER REGISTRATION Absentee: To register a bidder must provide: their current mailing address and telephone number(s); current email address; and, a valid, current credit card number. Bids will not
be accepted unless the bidder has properly registered prior to the auction.

EMAIL BIDS: If the bidder has been approved and the email bid contains all necessary information, bids may be submitted by email to the email address [email protected] or [email protected]. Email absentee bids will end at 8PM the night prior to auction.

TELEPHONE BIDS: Under limited circumstances, telephone bids will be accepted if the bidder has been approved prior to the auction. APPROVED TELEPHONE BIDS must be set up 24 hours prior to the start of the auction.
Registered Live Telephone bidders will be called on auction day 10 minutes before lot
availability when possible. Auction house is not responsible for telephone dropped calls or other communication malfunctions.

ONLINE BIDDING: Via Live Auction Platform

BID REJECTIONS/WITHDRAWAL OF LOTS: American Antique Auctions reserves the
right to reject any and all bids from any bidder or potential bidder at any time without
restrictions. American Antique Auctions also reserves the right to withdraw any lot at
any time prior to the end of the auction and assumes no liability for such withdrawal.

BID FAILURES, ERRORS AND OMISSIONS: All absentee bids will be executed as a
convenience to bidders, but American Antique Auctions will not be responsible for any
failures, errors, or omissions related to the execution of any bids, including any related
computer problems. All bids must be submitted consistent with the terms of the auction
and the bidding instructions.

BUYER PREMIUMS/CHARGES: Online auction premium 21%. On Site buyers premium of 18% will be added to each winning bid. The on site premium will be discounted to 15% for those who pay by cash, check or money order onsite. On site the full 18% premium will be paid by successful bidders paying by MasterCard, VISA, or other accepted credit card. Checks are not accepted as payment until the check has cleared our checking account. Checks returned for insufficient funds are subject to a $50 fee. Live auction platform bidding may assess additional fees not to exceed 21%.

HIGH BIDDERS/INVOICES: Invoices will be emailed to successful bidders during the
week following the auction.
Shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of each successful bidder/buyer. Shipping service is required on any item over 5 pounds.
Payment may be made by cash, check,
money order, or Visa or MasterCard etc. Full payment is due within 10 days of receiving
the invoice. State sales tax will be charged to residents of New Jersey unless a valid
tax exemption or resale certificate number is provided. NOTE: All bids are contractual
obligations. Bidders are obligated to honor their bids as contracts to buy the items
involved. Invoices overdue by 14 days or longer will be submitted to an independent
collection agency and result in additional liability for processing charges and/or legal
fees. Bidders with invoices overdue by 14 days or longer will also permanently lose
bidding privileges with American Antique Auctions.

PRICES REALIZED: Prices realized will be posted on the Live Bidding Platform.

BIDDING PROCESS PROBLEMS: In the event that the online bidding process is
disrupted, or another significant bidding system problem occurs, American Antique
Auctions reserves the right to extend or reschedule the auction-end date without
restriction.
