La Combe St Hermentaire (Genets), Cotignac signed with monogram and dated '1937' (lower right) oil on canvas 21 x 251/2 in. (53.3 x 64.7 cm.) Painted in June 1937 PROVENANCE D.M.B. They returned in March to July 1937 for a longer stay at the H“tel du Cours, from where he produced a series of extensive landscapes throughout the summer months.
