Los compradores dispondrán de ?un plazo de tres días desde la fecha del remate para efectuar el pago, vencido el cual la compra generará un interés cuya taza ?se fijará el día del remate. Transcurrido ocho días a partir del ?día del remate, sin que el comprador haya pagado el precio, se considerará que desistió de la compra, perdiendo la cantidad ?depositada en concepto de seña o arras.
