Description: 15th-18th century AD. A group of fifteen bronze ring bezels including: two square with central cross and roundels to the corners; one with engraved walking animal (lion?); one engraved with profile head of an eagle; one with spiral and letters to the edge; one silvered with palm leaves, crescent moon and star; one three with tulip flower; one with cross and moon and star; one with standing bird looking back; one with chevron pattern in a border; one with standing bird; one with rosette to the centre; one with shield and crescent moon above. 32 grams, 14-20mm (1/2 - 3/4"). Property of a Middlesex gentleman; acquired in the 1980s. [15]
