Girolamo di Ludovico Ridolfi da San Gimignano (1465-1526), was an Apostolic Secretary, a Consistorial Advocate and a Knight of the Golden Spur. The medal comes with a reverse depicting Pegasus. Other uniface examples are known (for another see Astarte auction VIII, 11 October 2001, lot 23)
