Pair of 19th Century Bavarian Wall Hangings Pair of silk wall hangings each with central design showing two-headed eagle with central medallion featuring pair of lions rampant and blue/white cross hatched Bavarian colors. Design made up of velvet and silk with sewn crystals representing jewels. Eagles wear, around their neck, representation of the Order of the Golden Fleece. Silk exhibits significant degradation with many areas of tacking loss. h:54 w:44 in.
