Provenance: "John [?]Galens his Book 1761. [?]Gifin[sic] him by Mrs. Lenison (inscription on front free endpaper); Richard [?]Fabeus (old signature); "Thomas Slack's book" (old inscription, repeated in juvenile pencil in various places).
