On the Portfolio: photo of the Western Wall from an unusual angle.Yaakov Benor-Kalter was an architect, photographer and graphic artist (1897-1969). He made aliya from Poland in the 1920s. He was a prominent Jewish photographer at the beginning of the 20th century and a teacher at Bezalel. In the 1930s, he was the first one in Palestine to incorporate the photomontage technique.
