A dish of salmon cooked with herbs, a roemer of wine, a silver salt, a roll, wild strawberries in a Delftware bowl, a partly peeled, sliced lemon on a pewter plate, an overturned flagon, a flute of ale and three peaches on a partly draped table signed with monogram and dated 'PC 1647' (centre right) oil on panel, the support painted with a collector's inventory number and mark '35' above a sprig of acorns on a branch 293/4 x 273/8 in.
