Description: PORCELAIN PARROT FIGURAL MINIATURE LAMP, white ground with facial features, standing with feet wrapped around a naturalistic colored branch and rock base, underside impressed "Rd 35068 / PS / L", orange glass eyes, opaque white cone-form shade with flared rim, period collar. Fitted with a Veritas Lamp Works burner.

Condition Report: Undamaged lamp and shade, tree branch with an underfill, as made. Burner undamaged, shade ring with light denting.

Provenance: Collection of Helen A. Feltner, Winchester, VA.

Dimensions: 13 1/2" H to top of shade, 6 1/2" to top of collar, 3 3/4" D base.

Medium: Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century.
